These photos of a recent Safety Harbor, FL waterproofing project show our waterproofing team coating a slab to create a waterproof barrier. This is necessary because hydrostatic pressure sometimes causes water to come through to the top of the slab.

This particular slab had several cracks which we filled before coating. One of the extra things we do at Allstate Waterproofing, Painting & Restoration is to add texture to the coating which ensures that tile grout adheres to the floor without damaging the floor coating.
